A water table at about 20’ complicated the excavation for this 20’ deep basement. Sharma hauled away 190,000 cubic yards of soil, including 150,000 tons of contaminated and/or hazardous soil.

This job site is located in an extremely high-traffic area next to one of L.A.’s busiest hospitals and across from the famed Beverly Center. The tight quarters required very well-planned excavation work taking the needs of the community into consideration.
