Description

The LAFC stadium is the first open air stadium to be constructed in the city of Los Angeles since Dodger stadium in 1962.  Sharma completed the over excavation, cut and fill of over 150,000 cubic yards.  Mixed and compacted recycled concrete for use as fill onsite.  Our crews also completed  the drilling and installation of shoring beams, lagging and tiebacks at the perimeter of excavation.

Challenges

Logistical challenges due to close coordination with the demolition contractor in order to meet project milestone dates.
